What is Christmas Daddies?

Christmas Daddies is a not-for-profit charity which helps underprivileged families of the Maritimes. The money raised is used to ensure that every child in our community who is in need has food on the table and presents under the tree during the holiday season. Money is also used to help subsidize certain medical and transportation costs throughout the year.

It is no secret that Cape Breton, Nova Scotia in particular, has fell under hard economic times in the last few years with the demise of our two major industries coal mining and steel production. As a result, this charity is more important to our community than ever before.
